Mattie was more than a pet or dog, she was truly my best friend. She taught me how to fall in love unconditionally as soon as I saw her. She and I had an amazing connection and bond where we could genuinely read one another. Mattie touched the lives of all she came in contact with. Even in her final days battling hemangiosarcoma she won the hearts of all of the vets and vet students. She was their friend and vice versa. My life will forever be changed by her presence on Earth and from Heaven. Forever in my heart. Thank you to my work family for this amazing gift!
